This new series of combination ovens are the first pioneering cooking systems that can actually sense, recognise, think ahead of itself, learn from and communicate with the user.<\/p>\n

Utilising state-of-the-art sensors, the Self Cooking Center 5 Senses recognises the current conditions of the cooking chamber and the consistency of food. The size, load quantity and condition of products are sensed and calculates this information to perform the appropriate level of browning. It thinks ahead by determining what is required to achieve the desired result.it learns individual preferences and cooking habits and can easily replicate them. It also communicates with user and continually show them what is being implemented to optimise their instructions.<\/p>\n

The Self Cooking Center 5 Senses also offers new baking modes including choux pastry, bread and rolls, as well as five levels of proving and three levels of steam baking. There are also several new cooking processes for Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Latin American cuisines. As with most combination oven ranges there are six new models to choose from. These range in size from 6 x 1\/1GN to 20 x 2\/1GN with a choice of gas or electric models. As with any equipment purchased from Lincat they are provided with a comprehensive 2 years on-site parts and labour warranty.<\/strong><\/p>\n
