Without the need for extraction, the Burco Cookcentre offers the visual appearance and format of a domestic unit, but comes with an impressive 3 years parts and 1 years labour Commercial warranty!<\/p>\n

The Burco Electric Cookcentre 90E<\/a> – ideal for anywhere that has no gas supply – comes with the following features: 2 variable heat, eye level double electric grills, a fully integrated splashback which makes for easy cleaning at end-of-service, 5 ceramic hot plates, a large 2kW fan oven with 2 shelves and an internal light and a taller 2.5kW fan oven with 3 shelves and an internal light.<\/p>\n

The total power of the Burco Electric Cookcentre 90E<\/a> is 18.86kW and requires 45A, meaning hard-wiring is needed.<\/p>\n

Moving on to the gas version – the Burco Dual Fuel Cookcentre 90DF<\/a>. This unit slightly differs from its electric counterpart in that it contains the following: 2 variable heat, eye level double electric grills, a fully integrated splashback which makes for easy cleaning at end-of-service, 4 burners plus a central wok burner, a plate warming cavity,\u00a0a large 2kW fan oven with 2 shelves and an internal light and a taller 2.5kW fan oven with 3 shelves and an internal light.<\/p>\n

The total power of the Burco Dual Fuel Cookcentre 90DF<\/a> is 11.5kW (gas) and 8.26kW (electric) and requires a 1\/2″ gas hose.<\/p>\n

But what do both Cookcentres have in common? They both have dimensions of\u00a0W896 x D600 x H1520mm, a main oven temperature range of\u00a00 – 240\u00b0C., an oven capacity of 188 litres and a weight of 125kg.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
