Marco Beverage Systems has recently launched it’s new pour & serve coffee machine, Bru.
Bru is a stylish, robust coffee machine that offers great value for money cup after cup. It’s available as a manual or automatic water fill, with 1.8 litre jugs or a 2.2 litre insulated flask offering the flexibility you may need, from the start.
Bru has the energy saving benefits you’d expect from Marco, but it also incorporates an all new patent pending brewing and sprayhead configuration giving you outstanding results from your coffee by extracting more solids. Working well under pressure is another feature Marco have become well known for including in their machines, a new flash boiler has been developed specifically for the Bru allowing it to produce improved water temperature stability & water flow. It also has a simplified electrical configuration for ease of service and access. All Bru models fully meet the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe’s (SCAE) Gold Cup standard for best practice in brewing.
