The Archway 4BSTD 4 Burner Kebab Machine is hand made in the UK from the most reliable and robust materials. This machine contains ceramic heaters that provide a high radiant temperature which seals the meat, giving a crispy outside coating and a juicy and tender inside. This machine comes as standard with a stainless steel skewer, skewer pin, service pan, aluminium disc, stainless steel flex pipe and an oil drawer.
The Archway 4PW/E Electric Bain Marie is ideal for safely holding up to 4.5 litres of sauces, gravy and a variety of pre-cooked foods for up to 2 hours at serving temperature in 4 round pots. The Bain Marie has thermostatic controls which provide accurate heating levels.
Next on the list is the Archway 2BS 2 Burner Chargrill, made in the UK using the very best of materials. This provides a simple, fast and economical way to simulate charcoal cooking. Each cast iron burner can be individually controlled by pilot ignition and flame failure device. The Chargrill comes as standard with a crumb tray, drip oil tray, front tray, cooking griddle, fire well, 4.5kg bag of lava rocks and a cleaning brush.
