Having chosen to get it sent to another address it failed to arrive on appointed day. I had to cancel my install team.

I do apologise that you didn't have the best experience on this occasion. Usually the information we get from our suppliers is pretty accurate, this time it obviously wasn't and they didn't inform us the unit was out of stock. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this caused to you.

The price quoted was the same as that quoted by Amazon, except that the delivery charge was less. Unlike Amazon, the company was able to answer specific questions about the machine. I can see that your detergent tablets have been delayed and Summer has been keeping you updated about this including at point of order. I can also see that the Nisbets items you ordered from us are slightly delayed as per Summer's emails. We didn’t discover this until we were e mailed with the delivery details. I was then expected to take pictures of everything so... Thanks for the feedback, Sarah, we do deliver kerbside as is industry standard unless quoted as extra which we are of course, more than happy to do. I am sorry this has left a sour taste - we hope that we can try to manage expectations by putting this in our terms and conditions (as per current document) and we also have it on our order acknowledgements.

I ask them to bring inside which ground floor easy to get in . They said it won’t fit door . I said takeout package. They did and they left packages all over the... Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were not happy with your delivery. I cannot see that you have been in touch about this. Our delivery services are kerbside as standard, although take inside and unpack services can be organised with prior notice and some additional cost. I do apologise that you didn't receive a phone call before delivery; this was a third party delivery and they should call prior but unfortunately we cannot always guarantee this.

We advised 5-7 working days on point of order, and then further updated this to a specific day once the route was planned - however understand this can be hard for you to plan. A few weeks later the fan broke. A replacement was delivery but was damaged in transit. Still waiting for a replacement. Nearly 2 months now that the fridge has not been working!
Thank you for your feedback. I have had a look into this, and I understand that you had a damaged part, and they sent you a replacement - and now a refund in in progress as agreed. Apologies that you have not had the best experience this time. We have been liaising with our supplier over this and it is unusual for this to happen.

These items were absolutely essential for the successful running of this event and I was assured they would turn up at the right time and even paid extra for delivery. Items didn’t turn up until 3 days after the time I... I do apologise for the bad experience you have had on this occasion. We placed the order with our supplier and had no reason to believe there would be a delay. They delayed it by a couple of days for which we do sincerely apologise and hope that this did not impact your event.

Thank you for your review; I am really sorry that you had a bad experience this time around. We were advised by our supplier that this unit was in stock at the time and did not expect to then be advised it hadn't turned up on the lorry. I can understand your frustration with this and apologise for the delay in your refund; we had to wait official confirmation from our supplier that they had cancelled the order.
