High Speed Ovens are becoming increasingly popular in bakeries, canteens & service stations allowing them to rapidly heat up food whilest keeping the quality of the finished product. Big brands including Merrychef, Turbochef and Menumaster are used in almost every such as Costa & Starbucks allowing them to expand there menu and offer food to go.
Often branded as rapid cook ovens or accelerated cooking machines are the perfect solution for cooking toasted sandwhiches, paninis, pizzas and other small foods to take out.
High speed ovens accelerate cooking by combining microwave, convection, air impingement and contact heating to cook up to 15 times faster than standard cooking methods.
