With its new iClimateBoost not only does the food cook up to 30% quicker but also adjusts to the food you are cooking from the first tray to the last. It is well known that microwave energy cooks food fast but is often at the expense of browning and sometimes flavour. Not with the iHexagon because as well as its microwave energy it is complemented by an unprecedented heating power. Not to mention that cleaning has never been easier as the iHexagon is supplied with Autodose as standard.

As with their combination ovens the iHexagon features Rationals iCookingSuite making sure you get the desired results at the touch of a button, resulting in ease of use even for new staff.

Need to cook multiple menu items? No problem, the iProductionManager has you covered meaning you can cook different products at the same time. Giving your production a boost. Finally, this unit comes with a core temperature probe letting the iHexagon adjust its parameters based on the size, condition, and cooking process. Unique to microwave ovens.
