The Electrolux GourmeXpress high speed oven uses the combination of microwave, convection and hot air for rapid and consistent cooking results, coupled with a robust, durable design and a cool to touch exterior the GourmeXpress is ideal for a wide variety of establishments where speed and consistency are essential.

The GourmeXpress has a large 5 inch capacitive touch screen which is easy to use and configurable according to your needs with over 1000 recipes able to be stored and the ability to use USB for data transfer.

• Can create multiphase recipes to optimise the temperature, microwave power and impingment.
• Easy recipe management, which can be linked to a specific service, i.e breakfast, with customisable images and an optional barcode scanner.
• Countdown display and buzzer or phase in case of multiphase recipes.
• USB hub for easy uploading of recipes to each Gourmexpress ensuring consistent results.
• Cool to touch exterior.
• Can reach a temperature of 260°C in just 2 and a ½ minutes.
