ConneX is the newest addition to the Merrychef family of accelerated high speed ovens. Using 3 finely tuned cooking methods to produce excellent results up to 80% faster than conventional cooking processes .Toast, Grill, Cook and Reheat all whilst delivering maximum performance and results. Utilizing a mix of microwave energy, tuned hot air impingement and convection the Merrychef Connex not only saves cooking time and in turn labour, but also energy used.
The Connex 16 from Merrychef includes all of the classic, tried and tested cooking methods to previous Merrychef ovens but is host to a 16" cooking cavity, allowing for larger meals in less time than ever!
