The Archway AR2 Electric Kebab Knife is the ideal companion to any gas or electric kebab machine. Fully constructed from high grade stainless steel with 4 non-slip rubber feet. Featuring a snug palm operated trigger, easily adjustable thickness gauge and removable blade for cleaning and sharpening. The knife itself disconnects for easy maintenance and cleaning, and whilst not in use sits atop the included power transformer. The 2 meter cord allows placement of the transformer with the accompanied slicing action the ultimate freedom of movement. Connecting to the mains is accomplished with use of the included 1.5 meter fused kettle lead.
