Features a large, easy to read, LCD display with open circuit & low battery indication. Incorporates a simple to use on/off switch.
Measures temperature over a range of -30/+300 °C & a resolution of 1 °C.
Supplied with a permanently attached food penetration probe with 130mm pointed stainless steel stem & 500mm PVC connecting lead.
Traceable certificate of calibration is included.

Accuracy: ±0.4°C (-50 to 199°C) otherwise +1°C.

Sensor Type: K thermocouple.

Battery & Battery Life: 3 x 1.5 volt AAA. Minimum 5 years (10000 hours).
