Designed for the Rational Combi Ovens the Rational 6015.1103 Perforated Baking Tray not only has a Trillax coating meaning it can handle temperatures up to 300°C, but it is also non-stick so removing food can be done with ease.

The perforated baking tray is ideal for traditional baked undersides and finally they are easy to clean at the end of the day.

Rational 6015.1103 Perforated Baking Tray Features:

Rational recommend the following cleaning/care advise:

• Do not clean with aggressive cleaning agents.
• Do not clean using CleanJet.
• Do not clean in a granule-type dishwasher.
• The non-stick coating is not scratch-resistant.
• Do not cool hot cooking accessories with water.
• Alkaline products (e.g pretzels) must not come into direct contact with the surface (greaseproof paper under products is recommended).
