Lincat ESLR9C Electric 6 Plate Oven – 3-Phase

With a large capacity oven and six hotplates, the Lincat ESLR9C Electric Oven is ideal for care homes, and smaller pubs and restaurants. The oven features three power 2kW plates at the front ideal for sautéing as well as three 1.5kW plates at the rear ideal for simmering.

Underneath you will find a large 6kW twin fan assisted oven for uniform and consistent cooking as well as double insulated doors, side and back panels to help keep the heat in to maximize efficiency and reduce running costs.

Finally, the unit features castors at the rear to allow the unit to be pulled out for deeper cleans.
