The universal griddle from Cinders is a 6mm thick cooking grade aluminium plate with lipped edges.

Covers half of the Caterer / Hotelier & completely covers the Cavalier / Clubman for flat top cooking.

The griddle will slide to either side, cleaning the barbecue by reflected heat as it goes, so you can continue to cook whilst cleaning the surface below.
