Cinders barbecues now feature an exciting new upgrade to the grill top!
The new style top holds in significantly more heat which spreads more evenly for perfect cooking every time. Flare ups are reduced & food is seared quickly, ensuring the meat is kept moist & juicy.
Cooking time is reduced, resulting in faster throughput & more profit.
To make this extra heat more controllable, an adjustable regulator has been added to the units. The Cinders Cavalier & Cinders Caterer barbecues can have the gas turned down to half a bar when the extra heat is not required.
