The Buffalo DM902 Bistro Double Contact Grill with Ribbed Plates is a tough, reliable grill perfect for regular use in cafes, restaurants, fast food stalls and mobile catering outlets. The units heavy duty cast iron grill plates are ideal for quickly and efficiently cooking a wide range of food products in a commercial environment including burgers, steaks, panini, toasted sandwiches and much more.

The grill features an adjustable counterbalanced top plate and simple temperature control to deliver excellent grilling results across a range of product thicknesses, and comes fitted with a concealed removable grease collection tray for ease of cleaning after service.
