Not only does the Blizzard TOP2000-14EN Prep Top feature a stainless-steel interior and exterior but also has a handy hinged lid to help prevent debris or bug contaminating food when not in use. Holding up to 10 x ¼ gastronorm containers up to 150mm deep (sold separately), as well as being wall mountable with the optional wall bracket.

All in all, the Blizzard TOP range is an ideal addition to any prep station, allowing you to keep your key ingredients close to hand, whether you are a pizza take away, sandwich shop, or deli.
