This new range consists of 2 models: the ES-100 professional salad dryer has a capacity per load of 6 Kg, and the ES-200 salad spinner up to 12 Kg.


Sammic salad spinners have the ability to dry lettice and other vegetables from 1-3 minutes.
All units have a three-phase model controlled by a highly reliable electronic speed variable, which allows the unit to be connected to single phase electricity supply.
