Metcalfe have a wide range of slicers and their accessories for their units. Their slicers have a built in sharpening head with a metal guard. They use a hi-visibility safety guard. The feet are secure to eliminate movement whilst in use. You can adjust the thickness to be precise. The slicers use the finest quality aluminium steel alloys to provide outstanding robust construction, they are also chrome plated to resist corrosion and rust. The slicers have a blade ring-guard for safety and protection. All Metcalfe slicers can be disassembled without the use of a tool for easy cleaning.
