Induction cooking is faster and far more energy efficient than traditional gas or electric methods. A comfortable working environment is created as less heat is dissipated into the air in the kitchen. This induction hob from Electrolux features a glass ceramic cooking surface with 2 independently controlled zones with a power of 5kW per zone. Each zone hob will accommodate pans from 12cm to 28cm this allows maximum heating efficiency. The smooth, glass ceramic plate is not directly heated, so there is no burning on the cooking surface this makes the induction hob easy to clean. The unit is IPX5 is rated water resistance. Exterior panels are stainless steel with Scotch Brite finishing. The unit has right-angled side edges to allow it to fit perfectly in your kitchen suite along with other units from the 900XP range.
