The Sammic PF-10 is a medium duty, 8 litre fryer, with cold zone technology helping extend the life of the oil with and adjustable thermostat ranging from 90-180ºC.

• Active safety system with a manual reset for the thermostat.
• Detachable headpiece for quick and easy cleaning.
• Equipped with an easy draining tap at the front.
