Everyone loves ice cream in the warm weather and with the Buffalo Ice Cream Maker it is easy to add this delicious high-margin treat to your menu. This lets you make your own specialities and flavours rather buying it in you can make your own. You will be able to make up to 2 litres every 30 minutes you will be able to churn out your favourites from traditional vanilla, a sweet strawberry or a chunky chocolate or even indulge in frozen yoghurt making your options endless.

The ice cream maker has a built in freezer so there is no need to pre-freeze the bowl, simply add the mixture select the timing and press start. When complete the bowl can be easily removed and you can completely remove the ice cream thanks to the bowl being non-stick, once it is cleaned it is ready to go.
