Get this - I never bought anything.....and I'm still being hounded to share my experience of it...
Our Reply: Dear Sir, we apologise sincerely. An email regarding delivery was sent to you when another member of your organisation with the same billing address ordered with us. Your email was on the account having previously ordered from us. We should have only sent to the person making the order. We also sent the mail to the other member of your organisation. We removed your details as soon as requested but the Feefo request had already been queued although we admit it could and should have been intercepted as soon as the situation came to light.
