The Somerset CDR-1500S 15" Double Pass Dough Roller is a high output, heavy duty side operated dough roller designed to be easy to use, clean and maintain, making it ideal for use a wide range of food service and production environments. Somerset's dough rollers can quickly and efficiently product sheets of rolled dough up to 15" (38cm) wide, delivering consistent results time after time. Perfect for for pizza, tortillas, pastry, flatbreads and more!
