The Somerset CDR-700S 20" Single Pass Dough Roller is a high output, heavy dough sheeter designed to be easy to use, clean and maintain, making it ideal for demanding use in a wide range of food service and production environments. Somerset's CDR-700 dough rollers can quickly and efficiently roll over 50lbs of dough into sheets up to 20" (51cm) wide, delivering consistent results time after time. Perfect for for pizza, tortillas, pastry, flatbreads and more!
