Designed to make commercial scale mincing easy thanks to its stainless steel hopper, energy efficient motor with cooling fan and precision gear drive. The Buffalo Mincer is even capable of dealing with those course or fatty meats with the reverse function.

Complete with 6mm and 8mm mincing discs and three sausage stuffers to offer your customers authentic butcher sausages.
