The Caterlite CM352 2kW Single Induction Hob is a lightweight, stylish and versatile induction cooker suitable for light commercial use or as a backup hob in cafes, bistros and mobile catering outlets. The hob is easy to use, offering instant heat at the touch of a button and features an energy saving automatic pan detection function, with heat only applied when a pan is present. After service, the hob's wipe clean stainless steel and polycarbonate surface ensures clean up is quick and easy.

Please note - this unit is suitable for use with induction compatible pans only.
