Alphin Pans Pizza Pan Covers

Pizza pan covers help to keep the air out of the dough resulting in helping the dough to rise. You use them when the dough is in the pizza pan. They vary from pizza separators because they fit over the rim of the pan and they also have an indentation so that the pan that is stacked on top of it will not slide off when the stack is being carried or moved.

Available in a range of different base sizes.

Always buy pizza covers the same size as the base diameter of the pizza pan you are using.
