Built for speed as well as being fully modular the Blue Seal CP4 Pasta Cooker comes equipped for the production of perfection. With the patented infrared burner system you can maintain constant water temperature from variable high boil to standby simmer, allowing for faster turn around of products thanks to the outstanding recovery times.

Supplied with six baskets as standard you can cook up to six different types of pasta at once not to mention letting you keep up with demand during busy service periods.
