Designed for performance and ease of use the Buffalo 6 burner gas oven range has 4.3kW burners with strong cast iron supports for all of your pots and pans. It doesn't stop there either the 7.1kW oven can accommodate up to 5 2/1 gastronorm pans allowing you to keep up with demand even in the busiest of kitchens and ignition is a simple push button piezo ignition.
The removable pan supports, lockable castors and stainless steel construction means cleaning the unit at the end of a night is simple and quick.

IMPORTANT: The oven must be installed and commissioned by a Gas Safe Engineer. Unit is unsuitable for installation in mobile units including catering vans or food trucks. We can offer site surveys and installation - please call for details.
