Falcon One Series E143I 4 Zone Induction Hob Top Range - Three Phase

New to Falcon's existing portfolio is their One Series induction range. The E143I 4 Zone Induction Range boasts 4 x 1.85kW cooking zones, providing instant heat thanks to it's built-in pan detection along with incredibly low heat emission. Coating the cooking surface is 6mm toughened glass, resulting in a hard wearing, easy clean worktop, all controlled by an easy to use digital control system embedded in the glass top. For additional power when needed, the unit has the ability to boost the power output of an individual zone from 1.85kW to 3kW for a short period of time.
Underneath the E143I's hob sits atop a 3.2kW fan assisted oven, 2 x 1/1 GN capacity with 5 shelf positions available for 2 shelf cooking, you're offered with a wide variety of cooking options.
