Falcon F900 E9241 Pasta Cooker

The E9241 pasta cooker is ideal for producing bulk or individual portions, featuring precise temperature control, water faucet for ease of filling and starch draw-off which ensures fresh clean water for your pasta. The unit can also be used for other kinds of food, such as eggs and vegetables, when no pasta Is required. 1/3 and 1/6 baskets are available as optional extras.

The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units with no gaps via the Dynamic Link System (DLS)*. The unit is also IPX5 water resistance certified.

Please Note: The pan will need to be connected to a drain.
