Whether it is front or back of house use the Buffalo FT691 Bain Marie uses wet heat to gently keep your food warm and ready to serve as well as ensuring it does not dry out. As well as that the bain marie also features a boil-dry cut-off. Protecting the internal components should the water run out.

Finally, the bain marie comes complete with four Vogue gastronorm pans and lids. 2x 1/3, 2x 1/6 as well as the support/divide bars also been supplied.
