The G3941R Half-Ribbed Steel Plate Gas Griddle from Falcon is an ideal choice for any commercial catering kitchen, with an 18mm thick, 894mm x 485mm highly polished steel, half-ribbed griddle plate, 3 burners and a wide temperature range from 140°C - 300°C, this griddle will provide even heat distribution and consistent cooking results every time. Perfect for a wide range of foods from burgers and steaks to pancakes and seafood dishes.
