Falcon F900 G9490 Gas Chargrill

The G9490 chargrill has 9 heavy duty, double-sided cast iron brander bars, 4 cast iron radiants and 3 cast iron burners. The radiants, deliver controllable heat across the extended cooking area and variable burner control to help reduce energy consumption. The extensive cooking surface allows the chef maximum versatility and output with the cooler rest area allows enables food to stay warm. The advanced design ensures even cooking across the full width grilling surface, enabling the user to create high quality succulent food every time.

All components can be removed for cleaning and maintenance. The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel. This unit can be mounted on a fixed or mobile stand with further options for a front hob rail.
