The Caterlite GG199 2 x 3.5 Litre Twin Tank Countertop Fryer is a versatile electric deep fryer suitable for light duty commercial use in small cafes, bistros, restaurants and mobile catering outlets.

The fryer's independently controlled double frying tanks allow you to quickly and easily cook a range of crispy deep fried food with minimum effort. The fryer has a durable wipe-clean stainless steel body with removable inner pots, making clean up after service as easy as it's operation.
