The Sammic GV-10LA Vitro-Grill is a professional double-sized contact grill featuring a ribbed upper glass-ceramic plate and smooth lower plate, providing a larger 538 x 248mm cooking surface with 3.4kW of power and thermostatic temperature control up to 250°C. The GV-10LA heats up quickly and provides consistent cooking performance, the ribbed upper plate creates attractive grill marks while the smooth lower surface provides direct, even contact with food. The stainless-steel construction, easy-clean splashback and front waste collection drawer make he Gv-10LA practical for demanding commercial environments. Its larger cooking surface provides greater capacity than the G-6 range, while its compact countertop design keeps the unit suitable for professional kitchens where counter space is important.
