Built for demanding catering environments, the HECPG74A features a durable AISI 316 stainless-steel cooking tank and AISI 304 stainless-steel worktop. Rounded corners, a starch expansion zone, liquid collection edge and basket straining grid provide practical features for efficient operation and easier cleaning.
