The Hobart Ecomax HEFRBE77A is a high-capacity double electric fryer, with 2 x 12-litre frying wells, it provides generous cooking capacity while allowing different products to be fried simultaneously. Built with a durable AISI 304 stainless-steel worktop, continuously welded tanks and thermostatic temperature control, HEFRBE77A is designed for reliable commercial performance. Tilting electrical heating elements, large cold zones and a front drainer make oil management, cleaning and day-to-day operation straightforward.
