Using rapid heat-up overhead lighting, the contents are kept warm and crispy, whilst the perforated base plate minimises the chance of just-cooked fried food sitting in grease or fat. And as the base plate has a gentle slope, it's effortless to access the contents with an appropriate scoop - scoop sold separately.

The Buffalo HZ266 600 Series chip scuttle is made from strong stainless steel, not only making it highly durable - it's easy to clean too. The unit also includes handy raised sides, helping to keep food within the made servery area - ideal for maintaining a clean, tidy workspace.
