Italforni's TKA1 Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven is a high performance pizza oven manufactured in Pesaro, Italy. The pizza oven features an aluminum coated steel plate cooking chamber with a refractory baking floor capable of cooking up to four 330mm pizza or holding one 600mm x 400mm baking tray, making it a versatile addition to commercial or professional kitchens, restaurants and takeaways.
The oven has armoured stainless steel heating elements delivering a maximum cooking temperature of 450°C, is lit internally by high resistance halogen lamps and features a large counter balanced door with tempered glazed viewing window. The pizza oven is available in a stainless steel or rustic style finish, and can be supplied with an optional stand or hermetic dough prover compartment.
