Imperial ITG-48-E Electric 48" Inch Pro Series Griddle

The imperial ITG-48-E is heavy-duty 48-inch electric griddle built for high volume kitchen environments. Featuring a 48” x 24” cooking surface with a ½” thick griddle plate, it provides excellent heat retention and rapid temperature recovery for a consistent cooing performance. With 4 independently controlled 4kW serpentine heating elements it delivers a total output of 16kW allowing precise temperature control across multiple cooking zones. Being Built for durability, the griddle features a stainless steel front, sides, splash guard and landing ledge making cleaning and maintenance simple whilst withstanding he demands of busy service environments. A 4-inch wide grease trough and removable grease can simplify grease management, combining reliability with robust construction.
