Imperial ITG-60-E 60 Inch Pro Series Electric Griddle

The imperial ITG-60-E is a heavy duty 60 inch electric countertop griddle built for performance in the most demanding kitchen environments. Featuring an expansive 60” by 24” cooking surface with a ½” thick highly polished steel griddle plate, it provides exceptional heat retention and even heat distribution for consistent, high quality results. Five independent 4kW serpentine heating elements produce a total output of 20kW , allowing for the creation of multiple cooking zones with precise thermostatic temperature control. With a durable stainless steel construction, the ITG-60-E is built to withstand continuous use. A full 4” wide grease trough and removeable large capacity grease can simplify cleaning and grease management, whilst the countertop design maximises cooking capacity without the need to sacrifice kitchen space.
