Lincat Silverlink 600 range is extensive and includes gas and electric light-medium duty prime cooking to make optimum use of available kitchen space.

The J12 Lincat Silverlink 600 Electric Free-Standing Twin Tank Fryer is one of the most versatile fryers on the market, providing crisp, fluffy chips and crispy battered fish time after time. This 2x 9 Litre capacity tank means the fryer can cook up to a huge 52kg of chips per hour. As it is thermostatically controlled, you will be provided with accurate cooking temperatures throughout your cooking.

The professional hard-wired electric free standing twin tank fryer is robust, hard working and easy to use. This means it can also withstand the larger busy commercial kitchen environments such as large pubs and restaurants, large hospitals, school canteens, care homes and high volume production kitchens.

The commercial twin fryer is also easy to clean. The hinged elements provide easy access to the fully moulded 304 stainless steel tank, which also means rounded corners, so less change of dirt and grime build up in the tank. The cool zone also collects cooking debris, making it give cleaner cooking results and saves money by prolonging the oil life. The front drain-off taps makes emptying the tanks simple when an oil change is due.
