Keep food warm and ready for service almost anywhere with the Buffalo infrared food warmer. By using infrared lamps, heat is channelled onto the food, effectively keeping it warm for extended periods - helping to reduce food waste and keep food appetising for longer.

With a stylish matt black finish, the warmer is perfect for front of house areas. And with its lightweight stand and adjustable lamp height, you can easily vary the intensity of the light, helping to keep food from drying out for longer. The stand is also designed to neatly fit into a full size (1/1) gastronorm pan, allowing you to quickly swap out pans and keep food topped up.
