The Kony Electronic offers the same style of conical burrs, slower burr rotation, and programmable on-demand doser found in the larger Robur model, but in a smaller footprint making it the perfect choice for anyone with limited space.
Many people love the conical burrs and low RPM of the Mazzer Robur, but simply don’t have the same production needs to warrant the larger machine, the Kony fills this gap perfectly by offering the same low 500RPM and a smaller 63mm conical burr set. The low RPM ensures the coffee is exposed to less heat and therefore hold its freshness longer, conical burrs are preferred by many baristas for allowing the full and complex flavours to be preserved during the grinding process. This electronic on demand model allows single and double dose adjustments independently - and can be set in .05 of a second increments, meaning perfectly fresh grounds for each dose. The digital display shows chosen shot time, as well as total shots ground. Grinds directly into your portafilter for minimal waste.

With a powerful 450W motor turning at a very low speed, this grinder is quiet and powerful. The large 63mm conical burrs grind the coffee beans quickly, while the patented stepless grinding mechanism allows infinite grind adjustment.

As with all Mazzer grinders, the infinite grind adjustment more than able to cope with anything from a really fine espresso to the coarser grind you’ll need to produce cafetiere coffee. Another feature that is a big selling point for the Major is the hugely powerful 650w motor that will breeze through hopper after hopper of coffee beans without missing a beat.
