Capable of producing high power with low energy consumption using the patented jet burner system from Synergy Grill, housed in a fully modular, stainless steel Opus 800 body, the OG8411 is a valuable addition to any commercial kitchen. In the modern market commercial catering businesses demand energy efficient products that can produce superior results, the Opus 800 Synergy Grills deliver exactly this. The fat-atomising technology removes the need for a fat tray and the moisture from the atomised fat will retain moisture in the product creating a wonderfully succulent finish, furthermore this technology helps to make the unit very easy to clean in comparison to a traditional gas chargrill.

The OG8411 is supplied with a garnish rail, slow cook shelf & resting shelf as standard.
