The Lainox Oracle XS is a compact commercial high-speed oven and the latest addition to Lainox's popular Oracle range. Despite its compact design, the Oracle XS delivers exceptional performance by combining three cooking technologies - microwave, fan-assisted convection and impingement - to produce outstanding and consistent cooking results at high speed.

The Oracle XS offers two versatile cooking modes. High Speed Oven mode harnesses all three cooking technologies simultaneously for ultra-fast cooking, while Combi Wave mode allows the operator to choose between microwave, convection, or a combination of both, providing maximum flexibility for a wide variety of menu items.

Adding to its versatility, the Oracle XS is powered by a standard 13A power supply, allowing for simple installation and portability.
