The Parry GDF (or GDFP) Gas Double Fryer is the ideal pedestal fryer for busy modern catering commercial use kitchens such as takeaways, restaurants and schools, due to its power, robustness and reliability. This fryer comes with 2 x 12 litre oil tank capacity, which can produce up to 112kg of chips every hour.
The fryer has a stainless steel construction throughout ensuring that it is long-lasting. Meeting safety standards, the fryer comes with an auto flame failure device, and, with the piezo ignition and four powerful burners, you will be cooking in no time. You’ll also love the adjustable thermostatically controlled valve allowing you to select your desired temperature making this an incredibly versatile machine!
