The Sammic PO-4 is a professional electric pizza oven with a single cooking chamber capable of holding four 32cm pizzas, it provides a practical solution for businesses requiring reliable pizza production without the footprint of a large double-chamber oven. The oven features a cordierite refractory stone cooking surface, helping provide consistent heat distribution and a traditional stone-baked finish. Independent upper and lower heating controls allow chefs to adjust the heat to suit-different pizza styles and other baked products, while the high-temperature operation provides the intense heat required for professional cooking. Built for commercial use, the PO-4 combines stainless-steel and pre-painted steel construction, rock wool insulation, glass doors and internal lighting.
